Delivers master data maintenance processes, according to established Standard Operating Procedures and agreed SLAs
Designs, tests and delivers reports using right tools and by applying best practices to meet the business needs
Maintains accurate documentation to ensure compliance with established processes, policies and controls
Assists in the ongoing training of end-users on global template
Liaises with Global Process and Technology teams to ensure process alignment and technical specifications are validated and approved
Supports automation initiatives and delivers process related continuous
