Job Description : One of our client, a government sector entity, is looking to hire a MALE Candidate for their available Executive Secretary position to be based in Sharjah.
Please note that this role is only meant for candidates who is meeting the below selection criteria:
Candidate Requirement:
Education: Graduate / Post Graduate
Experience (MUST/ others please excuse) :
Atleast 3-5 years experience in Secretarial role to the senior management /C level executives in UAE (absolutely mandatory) ; candidates who is born and brought up in UAE will be given preference;
Must have hands on experience in preparing office circulars, memos , meeting notes, etc. both in ARABIC & ENGLISH. languages.
Should be able to handle things independently on behalf of MD.
Languages: English + Arabic + Hindi /Urdu -not necessarily to be Arab natives.
Nationality: Open
Age: Maximum 35 years
Salary: As per market standard
Job location : Sharjah
Gender: Male (due to nature of job)
