To learn more about us: www.nodinx.com & www.nodinxvolleyball.com.We are looking for an experienced Screen Print technicianAbout No Dinx and the Position:No Dinx is in search of an experienced Screen Print technician with excellent work ethics and multiple years of experience in this fieldNo Dinx is a leading print and design company in Albany. We have a strong athletic/active clientele along with large and small corporate clients.The position includes printing and pre-press on both manual and automatic screen printing presses and has potential for upward mobility.Must have qualifications:- Multiple years of experience operating commercial Screen Printing machines- Personable, charismatic, and honest- Professional demeanor, organized and reliable- Excellent communication skills- Ambitious with a strong work ethic- Excellent troubleshooting and maintenance skills- Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment- Willingness to be a team player and to shift gears as needs arise- Resume with job/professional references- Valid OR Driver’s LicenseResponsibilities:- Operating and maintaining commercial Screen Printing equipment- Setting and maintaining production schedule to meet customer deadlines- Creating and maintaining job production notes- Completing all customer jobs on time and correctly- Additional duties and assistance as needed by the team- This position reports to the production managerCompensation:- 40 hour per week, full time, hourly, onsite position- Medical and Dental Insurance (No Dinx pays 50% of employees premium)- Retirement Plan- Paid Time Off- The starting wage for this position is $18+ per hour depending on level of experienceJob Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftOvertimeAbility to commute/relocate:Albany, OR 97321: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:commercial screen printing: 2 years (Required)Work Location: One location
