Job Description : 3+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or equivalent related functions
2+ years of Project Management experience
Knowledge of OSHA and other environmental regulations
Ensure office compliance with State and Federal regulationsEnsure all utilities are functioning properly (HVAC, Electric, Fiber, Generators, Water)Schedule and supervise maintenance repair work, assist with checking installation and servicing building equipmentManage local physical security & safety policies and proceduresOffice supplies, lunch delivery managementOffice desks, boardrooms, pantry appliances, lighting fixtures, restroom maintenancePrinters, scanners maintenance.MAC Work: Moves, Adds, & Changes to employee workstationsInventory management of all IT ancillary hardware and building materialsManagement of office renovationsMaintain space management system
Qualifications and Experiences
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional level experience3+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or equivalent related functions2+ years of Project Management experienceKnowledge of OSHA and other environmental regulationsKnowledge of general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions related to facilities managementStrong procurement and negotiation skillsAbility to communicate with senior level staffMust be able to lift at least 25 lbs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
