Job Description : The Role
Job Description Under the directions and supervision of the technical staff perform the following tasks: • Carry out fields preparations and planting as instructed. • Perform routine daily follow up on the assigned fields including fertilization, weeding, irrigation system checkup, and general maintenance of the field. • Crop harvest operations and pest control application. • Implement greenhouses cultivation and maintenance according to plans. • Prepare plant and soil samples as directed by supervisors and perform the needed procedures. • Collaborate and work with other farmers to achieve the required tasks. • Other relevant duties as requested by the supervisors.
Requirements
Minimum Qualification • Know how to write and read in English Preferred Qualification • Know how to write and read in English Expected Skills/Rank/Experience • Knowledge in Agricultural fields (Field’s cultivation and operation)
