Job Description : Job Overview,We are a leading nursery group in the region. We are seeking to hire an experienced Female Accountant to join our team of experts. If you’re a passionate self-starter, Then our nursery for you. Apply now!Responsibilities that you shall oversee.Prepare Staff PayrollPrepare and issue invoices and relevant accounting recordsFollow up on collectionReceipts process and relevant accounting recordsRecord bills for invoices receivedPrepare quarterly VAT reportsProvides administrative and secretarial support to the Head of Nursery and other staff as requiredImplementation of audit reportsCash-flow monitoringMake visits to other branches to ensure accuracy in accounting and produce reports on such visits.Providing support on the recommended computerised accounting packages by way of a help desk as well as one to one training and advice for staff using it.Assist external auditing firms in providing relevant information for conducting audits.Qualifications for postAttested Degree in Accountancy or Diploma level qualification in accounting or related field. Minimum of two years of relevant experience in finance accounting.Highly proficient in reading, speaking and writing English.Multitasking and time-management skills, with ability to prioritize task. Able to produce financial statements, watch budgets and control accountsAble to work autonomouslyStrong computing skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher and Outlook.Patient and able to deal with pressure.
