Job Description : We are looking for a Front office manager to manage our reception area. You will act as the ‘face’ of our company and ensure visitors receive a heartwarming welcome. You will also coordinate all front desk activities, including calls, tours and parent services.As a Front office manager, you should combine a pleasant personality with a dynamic professional attitude to supervise and lead our team. Our ideal candidate can deal efficiently with complaints and has a solid customer service approach.Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our front desk provides professional and friendly service to our customers.ResponsibilitiesSmiling, warm, friendly demeanor; able to greet parents and visitors and answer their questions.briefing visitors on the various sessions and other details regarding the sessionsEngage with the customer through all sources (offline/ online)Ability to work with a highly diverse population.Calm under pressure.Answer incoming phone calls. Maintain a pleasant, smiling, phone voice, having telesales experience is an added advantage. .Take and distribute phone messages; transfer phone calls.Excellent command of English language both spoken and written. Multi-lingual is a bonus.Ability to work pleasantly and professionally with teachers and to show empathy and understanding for young children and their parents.Highly organized and discrete. Filing of confidential and general paperwork.Must be computer literate and able to type; knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and, Excel is preferableAble to keep and disseminate the school’s master calendarMust be discreetly able to screen visitors, use good judgment or ask if questionableRecord all compliance documents for the nursery including but not limited to: fire drills, illness/accident formsMaintain daily attendance recordsMaintain extra-curricular class records’Inventory and ordering of office suppliesMailings (nursery emailings and regular mail) as neededCreate and Maintain lists as needed such as: Early & After Care, Camp and School Groups, etc.Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors haveMaintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all timesOperate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including , a copy machine, and a computerKeep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls receivedTake inventory of supplies and restock as neededMaintain the general office filing systemMaintain nursery financial accounts and balanceshandle the nursery ERP software.accept payments and provide receiptsHandle nursery social media pagesassist the nursery principal in day to day activities if necessaryReport day to day events to the nursery director.Qualifications for ReceptionistAttested Bachelors Degree or Higher2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment & communicating with customers.Highly proficient in operating all aspects of a PCHIGHLY PROFICIENT IS READING, SPEAKING AND WRITING ENGLISH.The ability to communicate in multiple languages is an added advantage.Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance.Excellent interpersonal skillsPunctual with strong attendance historyWhen applying, please make sure that you have complete the basic assessments included and * mention your Place of residence, your current Visa status and your salary expectation.*Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
