Job Description : Business development executive- Campaign MarketingON-FIELD JOBLocation- UdaipurON-FIELD JOBReports to:The candidates will report to the respective Manager/ Assistant ManagerPromotions marketing at Tophawks:The objective of Promotions marketing is to generate leads through on-ground activities.We identify potential customer touchpoints, residents, malls, schools and perform lead generation interactions and activities there.In this setup, Tophawks representatives will interact with parents to generate leads by convincing them to book a free home demo/ visit our centres for more details.Job overview:· Representing Tophawks in on-ground promotional events in households, societies, malls, supermarkets, amusement parks, departmental stores, etc.· Interacting with customers/ parents in such activities to generate leads by convincing them to book a free home demo· Manage operations of the Promotions activity to make sure it runs smoothlyWork timings:Tuesday to SundayMonday offDesired Candidate Profile:0 to 2 years of experience of working in Sales/MarketingExcellent communication skills in the Regional language, English, and HindiFocus on client acquisition and expansion of business to generate revenue for the organisationSalary structure -Experienced- 20k/month+2k TAFreshers-18k/month+ 2K TAJob Types: Full-time, Contractual / TemporarySalary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Commission payApplication Question(s):Are you willing to do Field jobLanguage:English (Preferred)
