Job Description : Field Service Technician (HV-AC)Job Description:We are looking to hire a detail-oriented HVAC technician to install, maintain and repair HVAC systems.The HVAC technician will be skilled in cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems.By performing maintenance, warranty and emergency repairs.VRV/VRF, CHILLER, PACKAGE UNIT, DUCTABLEwith duct dismantling and Erection, piping & Electrical system(Local & Remote panel System).Installation of Exhaust Fan.Air Handling Unit Dismantling & Reassembly in new location with all pipe line & Electrical system.setups BMS System for AHU& Chillers.Installation of Air-CoolerInstallation of Split Air-conditioning UnitsInstallation of Air Cooled type ChillerInstallation of AHU and chilled water piping testing and commissioning.Installation of Cooling TowerInstallation of Cassette Air conditionerInstallation of Package Air conditionerInstallation of Air-Cooled type Chiller.To be successful in this role, customer satisfaction, safety and comfort should be your top priority.Ideal candidates will be patient, and have excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills.HVAC Technician Responsibilities:Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers’ requirements.Assisting with customers’ queries.Proven Field Service experienceAbility to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipmentHVAC Technician Requirements:Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating.Working and repairing knowledge of VRF systems.Proficient in balancing air and water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocols.Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.Proficient in reading schematics and work plans.Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short or no notice.Ability to work in confined spaces.Education: ITI, Diploma & B.E Mechanical can apply.Gulf Country Experience No Needed.Only South zone is hired from KARNATAKA, T.N, AP& Telangana, Kerala.plus for those who can speak in Kannada & Hindi.Work location will be in Bellandur and Marathalli.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentPay: ₹18,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftCOVID-19 considerations:ALL EMPLOYEES ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR MASK ALWAYS.EACH EMPLOYEE SHOULD BE FULLY VACCINATED.Ability to commute/relocate:Singasandra Near E .City, Bengaluru – 560068, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Diploma (Preferred)Experience:TEN: 5 years (Preferred)Application Deadline: 08/04/2022Expected Start Date: 21/03/2022
