If you are looking for work where you will perform various basic clerical tasks, including managing and maintaining physical and digital filing systems, operating office equipment, and completing general office work, this File Clerk position might be right for you. Your responsibilities
Faxing, archiving, scanning, filing, and word processing
Must be capable of answering questions about records and files
Manage quality control of documents to ensure proper filing
Liaise with departments and employees as part of gathering and indexing materials for filing
Ensure employees complete projects in timely manner
According to specified guidelines, order high volume of letters, memoranda, invoices, and other indexed documents
According to specific timelines, retrieve and collect data
Requirements
Strong organization skills with a sense of urgency and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks
Applicants should apply with a high school diploma or equivalent
Comprehensive knowledge of navigating basic office equipment and protocols
Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize work
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Skilled in handling office equipment
At least 1 year of File Clerk experience preferred
Word and Excel experience is desired
Proven flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments

Salary: $51,000.00 – $54,000.00 per year
