register and update the accounting information of the company through the accounting program
Customer service, billing and handling of cash closings
Records management and payment process
Supplier management and payment
Shopping record withholding register
Petty cash management
Analysis of documentation for registration of settlements of travel expenses, advance payments of events and others, in the accounting system
Job Requirements:
Control and management of accounting and administrative files
Activation and labeling of fixed assets
Good management of office packages
Advanced level knowledge of Excel
Minimum experience of 2 years
Integrity, Analytical Thinking, Teamwork and Cooperation, Concern for Order and Quality
