Familiar with all month end close processes and is aware of the various systems and databases available to help resolve variances
Prepares monthly reports for teams and divisions and ensures reports are accurate, complete, and timely
Demonstrates ability to complete projects on time and with high quality
Responsible for delivering timely, thoughtful projections and budgets for sales and business partner teams
Partners with teams to understand the business, key drivers, and trends that will impact future results
Partners with leaders by providing information and analysis necessary aid in decision support
Develops relationships across the organization, particularly within Financial Management and the teams and divisions supported
Other duties as assigned
Your qualifications::

Demonstrates the ability to live the CHG core values
Understands business processes required to meet ongoing organization needs
Works well in a team environment
Has a positive can-do attitude as well as a strong work ethic
Self-motivated and will work extended hours when needed to complete tasks on time
Effective and appropriate in written and verbal communication
Open to feedback
Proactively asks questions
Proficient with information systems used in FP&A: MS Office, JD Edwards, HFM Smart View and Online Workspace, Salesforce, etc.

Experience

2 – 3 Years work experience in finance, accounting, or related field

Preferred

Degree in Finance or Accounting
