Roles and Responsibilities
Job Description
Responsible for financial accounting and reporting for certain international entities under his/ her charge
Interact with external auditors and get the financial accounts audited, preparation of annual financials and presentation to local boards
Make sure financial policies are followed for the legal entities including correct cost centers, project level details etc
Make sure Accounts Payable /Accounts Receivable / Collections teams work seamlessly on the financial entity and provide the requisite services to internal customers. Interact with Customers to ensure services
Act as a SPOC for the legal entity with regards financials, reporting, AP / AR processes
Comply with Direct and Indirect taxes of the legal entities under supervision and guidance of central tax team including transfer pricing regulations
Maintain adequate cashflows for the entity and interact with central treasury team and collections team for cash management
Qualifications
Chartered Accountant with similar financial Controller role for preferably service companies
Overall experience of 5-10 years
Excellent Communication skills
Knowledge of working under ERP environment, excellent Excel skills
Experience in interacting with Senior Management, Auditors and other stakeholders
