Job Description : Job purpose
As Financial/Business Controller, you will be supporting of our Controlling Department, based in Dubai.
Main Responsibilities
Deliver timely and accurate Daily, Weekly and Monthly Sales reporting for Retail team and senior management
Support the local team during monthly closings, costs follow-up & variance analysis ensure accuracy and on time submission by subsidiaries in the consolidation software
Support preparation of excel reporting on all Key Financial Indicators, detailed P&L Analysis and help deliver presentation templates of monthly results in strict respect of deadlines
Help coordination of budget and forecasts reporting
Provide ad hoc analyses & reports as required
Improve automation of all reporting and format of reporting
Support with store audits and internal control policies implementation & follow up
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration
Profile
Prior work experience in Controlling or Audit preferred (FMCG or Retail background is a plus)
Advanced skills in Excel
Ability with computer tools (financial reporting tools)
Strong reliability & accuracy/ strong analytical skills
Excellent organization and punctuality / strict respect of deadlines
Good communication skills to collaborate and coordinate with key stakeholders
Proactivity and problem solving mindset
Fluent in English
