Bachelor’s Degree (GRADUATED) OR Military Experience

Given our average client relationship lasts 40 years, this structure ensures our advisors continue to do the right thing for their clients as long as they work together. To give you an idea, our financial professionals are making on average about $115,000 in their first year, with the potential for much more.
What’s the catch? The first years can be tough as you’re learning the business. But the trade-off is that you get to define what success looks like.
