Job Description : We are searching for a reliable and trustworthy, customer-oriented and professional Restaurant Supervisor to join our restaurant team. The Ultimate Responsibility for Restaurant Shift Supervisor is to Safeguard the financial Success of a Specific shift maintaining the Reputation of the Company.Ensure that the Restaurant Serves & Delivers High-quality Food and Quality Customer Service during his assigned shift.ResponsibilitiesImplementing company policies, procedures, ethics, etcEnsure that sufficient labour and supplies are available, taking corrective action where necessary.Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation during his assigned shiftEnsuring guest satisfactionPlan and develop the overall local store marketing strategyRespond efficiently to customer questions and complaintsOrganize and supervise shift/staffManage and lead staffTraining and evaluate staff performanceEstimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventoryManage restaurant Food & nonfood suppliesControl costs and minimize wasteNurture a positive working environmentMonitor operations and initiate corrective actionsImplement innovative strategies to improve productivity and salesWorking to ensure standards of Food Safety & Hygiene are maintained and that the restaurant complies with health and safety regulationsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: AED1,800.00 – AED2,500.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:Food & Beverage Manager: 2 years (Required)
