Alshaya’s Central Production Facility (CPF) in Kuwait currently employs more than 150 people and manufactures food products for brands such as Starbucks. Now is an exciting time to join CPF as they embark on plan to improve, innovate and build additional revenue streams.
Overview:
We are pleased to announce that we are recruiting for Alshaya’s Central Production Factory (CPF) in UAE. Alshaya Food is a leading manufacturer of a wide range of ambient, chilled and frozen foods across the GCC. We have a passion for food and look for exceptional people with a wealth of experience in food manufacturing. We create great tasting products and are continuously innovative with recipes and technology used in our world class food production facilities.
We are looking for a Food Production Operative and If you’re a Food Machine Operator or a Commi Chef specialized in Pastry, Bakery, Savoury or Food assembly. You will bring expertise in delivering outstanding food production experience.
Also, you will have the ability to showcase managerial traits and teamwork.
Requirements:
Food manufacturing or catering experience
Proven experience in a high-volume, energetic environment
Excellent communication skills
A high standard of personal presentation, hygiene, HACCAP and food safety
The ability to carry out manual duties, stand for long periods of time, and lift light to medium loads
The ability to achieve targets even if put under pressure
