Position : Food Safety Officer
Job Description : As a Food safety Officer your responsibility is to ensure that food products are always safe to be served for our customers. Your role involves on inspecting food, processing facilities and procedures to ensure that applicable regulations are being followed. Assist and support the QA manager in the operation and maintain a great teamwork and communication
Responsibilities
Inspect and report internal and external food safety audits across all operations monthly and make sure the quality is up to the standards
Maintain and follow the QA/QC department procedures and assist to update and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Assist in writing, training, and implementing the Food Safety management system manual and Food Safety procedure as per the country and company guidelines
Implement and monitor PRP, OPRP, and HACCP plan across all operations, report the deviations, and take corrective actions
Oversee production processes to ensure compliance to internal and relevant external food safety & Hygiene standards
Support the QA Manager in the workflow and assure a smooth teamwork and communication
Monitor HSE performance in the restaurants & Kitchens, submit monthly reports that cover the area of concerns and performance
Set the cultural tone of the team and develop a strong culture of continuous improvement to consistently raise the bar of execution
Additional to the above-mentioned requirements you are expected to accomplish tasks and duties outside of your scope of work as always required by work demand.
