St. Bernard Hospital is seeking Food Service Workers that will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of patient trays; delivery of food to patient care areas; and the collecting, washing, and stacking of dishes. The Food Service Worker performs task needed to provide cafeteria meal service to staff, employees, and visitors.
Qualifications

Minimum of six (6) months of experience working in food production.

Highlights of Responsibility

Clean stations, work areas, and equipment daily.
Provide coverage on steam table and tray line as needed.
Prepare salads, desserts, and plate foods.
Set-up and replenish condiments, milk, and juice as needed.
Pass, collect, and scrap patient trays.
Mix tube feedings and pass nourishments to patients.
Prepare food items requiring pre-preparation needed for next day meal service.
Set-up tray line stations, proper utensils, condiments, and food needed for meals
