Marcus is a fast growing and exciting new start up consumer bank function formed by Goldman Sachs in 2016. We focus on career development and growth.
As a Fraud Detections Specialist, for our Marcus contact center, you will be responsible for reviewing fraud alerts and determining the actions required to protect the banks assets, while communicating with customers, merchants, financial institutions, and other personnel.
You will also assist in identifying and developing process enhancements to maximize efficiency of fraud detection activities and running and reviewing risk reports, conducting research to validate monetary and non-monetary transactions.
Basic Qualifications:
1-2 years Fraud experience (preferably in a financial services environment)
Proficient with Microsoft Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Strong understanding of the customer service experience
Must be self-directed, detail oriented, driven, and able to work independently in a team-oriented and fast –paced environment
