Job Description : Female-owned, people-minded, BeautyBio strives to empower through education and products backed by science. We are seeking rockstar freelance skin care experts to join our team! You will be responsible for educating clients, staff, and meeting daily sales goals.
Responsibilities:
-Accountable for achieving 100%+ of the retail sales target daily.
-Promotes BeautyBio skincare and tool range. Recruit new clients to the brand daily.
-Establish rapport, respect and credibility with in-store teams. Keep solid relationships that drive sales from all areas of the store.
-Educating clients and staff daily.
Qualifications: Previous experience in Ulta, customer service, or other related fields. Strong planning and execution skills.
Self-motivated to achieve the high standards reflective of the brand Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and communication skills. Strong leadership qualities.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
Schedule:

8 hour shift
Day shift
Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

Cosmetics Sales Associates: 1 year (Preferred)
