Position : Front Desk Receptionist
Job Description : 1). Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.2). Assisting clients in finding their way around the clinic.3). Making calls to clients and vendors and plan accordingly.4). Announcing clients as necessary.5). Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.6) Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, making and receiving payments and making travel plans.7). Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.8). Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.9). Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.10) Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.11) Sorting and distributing mail.12) Provide excellent customer service.13) Scheduling appointments.14) Compile daily lists of leads and delegate individual leads.15) Follow up with clients on the telephone for administrative purposes.16) Perform data entry duties with regard to sales figures, metrics and other key data.17) Create and process sales orders in a timely manner.18) Coordination with dental assistant for Inventory and Lab.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹18,750.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftEvening shiftFixed shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Ahmedabad, Ahmedabad – 380054, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
