Job Description : InformationProvide information about the doctors and services available at the hospitalCo-ordinate all messages to the staff the same day in the evening and for the next morning.Maintain the message book for the doctors and convey all urgent messages as soon as possible.Provide patients with adequate information and pre-requisites before their OPD appointmentAppointmentsSchedule appointments on the telephone and well as at the reception counter.Give follow-up appointments and appointments for OPD procedures as per the advice of the consultant.Attend emergency / urgent appointments immediately and inform doctors as soon as possible.RegistrationRegistration of new patients on the Health ObjectGive the Unique ID card to all new patientsBillingComplete OPD billing procedures i.e. cash; cheque ; credit card ; credit memoJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹8,000.00 – ₹10,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftNight shiftExperience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)
