Retina Vitreous Associates
Seeking a part-time or full-time receptionist to help provide front desk reception support to our clinicians in multiple offices. Responsibilities include: checking patient’s in and out, handling incoming calls on a multi-line system, scheduling appointments, taking payments, ensuring all patient registration forms are filled out, insurance cards and IDs are scanned, preparing patient charts, filing etc. Must be willing to travel to multiple offices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet and treat all patients and guests with a high level of respect and courtesy
Promptly responds to incoming calls
Scheduling appointments
Collect copay’s and patient balances
Provide general office support
Filing

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge of customer service techniques
Ability to maintain professional in a fast-paced environment
Typing and computer proficiency
Multi-tasking
Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve
Telephone etiquette skills
Ability to be flexible
Ability to function independently, make decisions, problem solve and utilize resources as necessary

Pay: $16.25 – $16.75 per hour
