Job Description

This is a Front Desk Service Attendant role and will be responsible for providing guest services and maintaining all aspects of workplace through a hospitality lens; offering continuous white glove service and creating an exceptional guest experience within a global, industry-leading corporation. Complete a wide range of services at the front desk to include but not limited to:

Greet and direct employees and visitors, answer general inquiries, resolve issues/concerns
Process space reservation requests (assign and confirm space and equipment) and ensure optimal workspace occupancy
Perform administrative duties according to location guidelines
May act as a point of contact for external vendors
Work in a group to achieve the appropriate level of external, and internal customer satisfaction
Provide back up support for Facilities/Services
Strong focus on hospitality and customer service
Comfortable assisting with any workplace position and showcasing a willingness to help wherever needed
Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure service standards are being met
Full availability to work 8 hours, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm and occasionally outside of these hours

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
HS Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability of to use computers, Microsoft Office, and other software systems
Safety & Security experience
Good aptitude for technology and learning new technology

Strong communication skills (written and oral)

As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $37,476 – $68,800 and information on benefits offered is here.
