Position : Front of House Crew

Job Description : We are a dual concept wood fired pizza restaurant & cafe and are looking to add to our staff. We’re looking for an energetic, positive and passionate individual to join our team and grow with us. Weekend availability (Sat or Sun) is REQUIRED. These ARE NOT SEASONAL POSITIONS.

As a front of house crew member, we are looking for individuals that are versatile enough to work as (but not limited to):

Baristas

Take, make & run customer orders out.

Drinks consist of smoothies, coffees, lattes, teas & more.

Answer phone & online orders.
Assist servers.
Light prep work.
Ensuring front of house (including dining area) is clean & stocked).

Servers

Greet, sit, take, run & bus tables.
Assist baristas.
Answer phone & online orders.
Ensuring front of house (including dining area) is clean & stocked).

Bartenders

Make basic drinks during events & select days.

Floaters

A compilation of the above, serving as a backup & assisting in all areas.

No experience is required, as training will be given, but a personality and desire to learn and GROW within the company is.

After training, base pay starts at $15, not including tips & bonuses. Average crew earns on average of $20/hr.
