Job Description : Dixie Oral Maxillofacial & Implant Surgery is looking to add an energetic, outgoing and professional person to our growing practice’s expanding patient care team. We need a full-time Front Office Treatment Coordinator. This role facilitates and accommodates our patients’ progress through the practice, from their original consultation or visit to completed treatment.
If you are a detailed oriented, good communicator who enjoys working with and helping people, this role could be a good fit. This role will need to:
· Assist patients as well as staff of referring doctor’s offices both over the phone and in person.
· Complete proper booking and processing of patient appointments.
· Coordinate and communicate with Dixie Oral Surgery staff and doctors regarding patient appointments.
· Processing patient appointment arrivals for the team and patient with proper protocols for surgeries, consultations, follow up visits, etc.
· Present treatment plans to patients following consultations done in office
· Work with insurance companies to help determine any dental insurance benefits available to patients for procedures they select
· Assist with general communications on behalf of the practice to its patients and their doctors
Work along with the rest of the front office team to accomplish all the traditional office functions for the practice such as filing, scanning, copies, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 – $17.00 per hour
