Job Description : Job Description: High profile client in the Gold Coast seeks organized, reliable personal assistant to join her team! Personal assistant should be efficient, proactive, and professional. A positive attitude and flexible disposition are needed as the job will require a variety of tasks.Compensation: $70k-80k/year + benefitsJob Details and Responsibilities:

Guaranteed 40 hours per week. Monday-Friday.
Personal assistant should be flexible as tasks may change day-to-day.
Assistant will work from the family office located in Gold Coast.
Car is provided for use on the job.
Responsibilities will include both personal and executive tasks.
Examples are personal shopping, returns, making reservations, managing family calendar, logging receipts, various errands, etc.
Executive owns a design firm and assistant may be asked to handle business or administrative tasks.
Candidate should be comfortable working with a multi-staffed home.

Qualifications:

Proactive, self-motivated, flexible.
Prior experience as a personal assistant.
Strong communication skills and receptive to feedback.
Tech-savvy.
Role demands discretion, privacy, and professionalism
Candidate should like dogs and not have allergies. Responsibilities will include vet & grooming appointments.
Someone with a strong service mentality would be a good fit for this position.
Business casual attire is required.
COVID vaccine is preferred.
