Commvault is currently seeking a Developer to join our dynamic Business Operations Enterprise Applications team here in Commvault’s Bangalore, India office. The successful candidate will possess proven experience supporting high performing IT projects by delivering robust solutions. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to suggest new ideas and solutions to improve current processes as well as researching and learning new technologies and applying them when needed.

How you will make an impact:

As a full-stack developer, you will be innovating and working on new applications across teams of Dev managers, developers, UX and business teams.
You would be working on multiple applications with the BATS team of developers, architects and support teams to simplify and solve business and technical challenges.
You’ll own your work from technical design, development, unit testing, deploying, maintaining and documenting.
You’ll be expected to be action orientated and able to follow up on feedback received to ensure positive outcomes.
You’ll explore & evaluate new application development technologies/frameworks, building POCs to determine viability for adoption in new applications and/or addition to existing applications with the goal of improving application functionality and efficiency.
You’ll write clean, well-documented and functional code with unit test cases.
As part of our Agile team, you will be responsible for architecting re-usable components/code that are used to drive complex configurations for web applications, Microservices, Azure functions, Azure Service Bus etc. You will manage your individual priorities and have an API first mindset.

Required Mandatory skills

6 to 10 years’ experience in a full-stack developer role in an Agile Scrum environment
Must be experienced in BDD/TDD based software development
Must have hands on experience in .NET Core/.NET Framework, Entity Framework, MVC Applications and Web API development
Must have hands on experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, and JavaScript/TypeScript based Web Application Frameworks such as Angular, React and/or Vue
Must have proven experience in secure coding practice following WASP and application security vulnerability remediations
Must have hands on experience in Azure Functions, Azure App Service, Microservices with containerization
Must have hands on experience in Azure Service Bus and MSMQ
Must have hands on experience in MS SQL Server and ideally Azure Cosmos DB
Must have effective verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to adapt communication style to suit different global audiences.

Preferred skills:

Ideal to have exposure to/knowledge of Microsoft Blazor Application Framework Technologies
Ideal to have exposure in PowerShell scripting
Prefer experience implementing technical solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure technologies
Prefer to have experience in AWS and Google Cloud Authentication/Authorization
Prefer to have experience in AWS and Google Cloud API integration
Graduate/Post Graduate in Computer Science/Software engineering or relevant qualification
Must be a good team player with very positive attitude
Should have working experience in Agile team following SDLC
Must have experience in development/enhancement of large enterprise scale applications with wide range of integrations
