Job Description : Essential requirements· 3-4 years experience with a accounting firm / fund trustees /fund administrators· CA/ MBA by qualification· Thorough knowledge of fund environment, cost, income streams· Ability to handle end to end fund operations, fund accounting, MIS, compliances, regulatory requirementsKey Roles/Responsibilities:Primary responsibilities will include setting up fund structure, incorporate entities, seek licencesAbility to manage finance/ taxation/ accounting/ operations of a fund and fund managerPrepare regular fund return calculationsManage day to day funding/ expensesManage banking/ treasury for fund and the managerWork with in legal/tax/ investment team to ensure completeness of recordsMonitoring income streams of the fund/ keep track of expensesPrepare a MIS dashboard as requiredAbility (over time) to lead the execution of specific mandatesReply to investors as neededJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹800,000.00 – ₹1,600,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftExperience:total work: 4 years (Required)Fund Structure preparation: 4 years (Required)License/Certification:Qualified CA (Required)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
