We’re looking for a Game Designer to join a team working on an unannounced Single Player game in the Apex universe.
What You’ll Do…
Develop design documents, prototyping, iterating, testing, and problem solving
Design and build engaging in-game levels that are successful in terms of flow, variety, and fun.
Validate your gameplay hypotheses through rapid prototyping and team feedback.
Communicate system designs to teammates in an audience-appropriate way
Work with other departments to agree on vision and acquire assets for a cohesive experience
Ideally, you will have…
Experience in one or more text-based scripting or programming languages
Experience in rapid prototyping and iterative design
Ability to pitch game design concepts in a clear, detailed manner, through strong written and verbal skills.
Understanding of game feel and polish.
Played and formed a lot of opinions about many live games
Strong opinions on how we could do better and a drive to accomplish them
