Job Description : Your field of responsibility
You will join us as an analyst for the Occupancy Planning, forecasting & Reporting team. As a centralized function of the bank, you will create and conduct Flash, Forecast, Month end reporting and Financial Plan for Occupancy expenses & review it with the various stakeholders analyzing the movements to Plan and other parameters as required by the stakeholders. You will work as part of GBSS function, which is responsible for managing global occupancy cost in accordance with Forecast and budgets by proactive reporting variance with adequate analysis and explanation. You will be involved in various reporting and quarterly impairment process, coordinating with various regional leads, Facility Managers & GWES Team. You should be well versed with systems like Essbase, PeopleSoft, Smartview, business object, Myshop and work with system support team independently to make any custom changes. You will take active participation in consolidation of Global Occupancy forecast & Financial Plan. You will be expected to Re-engineer and optimize processes to boost efficiency and improve controls.

You join the GBSS FP&A and Reporting team within Credit Suisse, which is responsible for performing critical activities related to GBSS functions & also related to planning, forecasting and budgeting & consolidation activities. The activities involved monthly Flash, forecast, Financial Plan, Updating of numbers into CFPS, OSCAR system, co-ordination with accounting team, allocation team, ASF team, ICLC team for various activities. The team is dedicated, results oriented, hardworking, proactive, collaborative, and forward-looking. We deliver accurate, complete and timely reports and analysis to multiple partners.

Your skills and experience
We are looking for:
You have 4-5 years’ proven experience in financial accounting of which 2-3 years in financial
You have outstanding understanding of MIS Reporting and Accounting, Risk Management, Financial Reporting
Expert in MS Office, especially MS Excel
You have strong communication skills (verbal and written) and able to liaise with business and technical teams of all levels
Since this role will have face off with senior partners you should be able to liaise with all levels including senior management
