Job Description : Your Impact:

Understands the basic concepts of accounting: accruals, prepayments, depreciation of FA, reconciliation concept; is able to differentiate accounts payables from receivables
Understands the basic concepts of general finance: how to calculate loan interest,what are bank charges for.
Ability to present in the books basic accounting transactions (DR/CR)
Analytical skills
More complex entities reconciliations and journal entries
Open item management/journal entries for performed reconciliations
MoM trend analysis for entities assigned
Daily checks of generic team mailbox, Clearing of outstanding balances/transactions
Supporting internal and external audit requests, treasury and other tasks delegated by senior colleagues/supervisors
Initiates escalation and follow-ups when necessary
Behaves as a support for less experienced employees
Gets engaged in ad-hoc projects and process improvements
Solves a range of basic problems
Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures
Performs a range of straightforward assignments
As a reconciler understands the importance of adequate reconciling items description and formulating appropriate action plan; shows engagement in clearing all reconciling items
Supporting internal and external audit requests, treasury and other tasks delegated by senior colleagues/supervisors
Assists higher level accountants in a variety of accounting assignments: JE, account reconciliation, reports,variance analysis
Here’s What You’ll Need:
3 – 5 years of Experience is required in General ledger.
B.Com/M.com educational qualification is required.
