Position : Guest Relations Executive
Job Description : · Ensure an effective and efficient reception service is provided to patients and any other visitors to the practice.· Deal with all general inquiries, explain procedures and make new and follow-up appointments.· Using your own judgment and communication skills ensure that patients with no prior appointment but who need urgent consultation are seen in a logical and non-disruptive manner.· Explain practice arrangements and formal requirements to new patients and ensure procedures are completed.· Take care of the self-grooming.· Taking care of patients and engaging them and helping them voluntarily.· Receive and make telephone calls as required. Divert calls and take messages, ensuring accuracy of detail and prompt appropriate delivery.· Advise patients of relevant charges services, accept payment and issue receipts for same.· Enter patient information on to the computer as required.· Patient notes and correspondence:· Ensure that all new patients are registered onto the computer system promptly and accurately· Provide information regarding various services available..· Fix appointments over phone/person· Regulate the patients coming for consultation.· Providing the appointments list to Nursing departments and doctors.· Handle the registration and billing process.· Allotment of rooms for consultants as per the availability.· Explain the packages and procedures costs to customers.· Make bookings (reservations) for the beds if required· Collecting the feedbacks from all patients.· To receive the VIP patient, accompany them to their room· Ensure cleanliness of the waiting area and the doctors suites.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceSchedule:Day shiftEvening shiftMorning shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Hospitality & Healthcare: 2 years (Preferred)
