Job Description : Telephone Operator
First impressions are everything! As a Telephone Operator, you will take care of the guests by answering to all the calls in our Guest Service Centre.

What you will be doing:
Greet, respond to requests and coordinate with other departments while providing exceptional service
Guest Service Centre is a One Stop Shop and you will be assisting the guests for all room service orders as well as responding to all their queries and requests
Take initiative to add a personalized experience
Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay

Your experience and skills include:
Should have min. 1 years of experience in similar role for a 5 Star Hotel.
Prior experience working with Opera/Micros is Mandatory
Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
