We are headquartered in Chicago, IL where our tour operations, customer service, sales and marketing teams are based. We are currently looking for a Customer Service Ambassador to join our Chicago team and help us make people’s dreams come true! Now you may ask what does a Customer Service Associate do at Xtreme and who are they exactly looking for?
As a Customer Service Ambassador, you are a part of our sales support team and your passion for providing exceptional customer service contributes to our world-class high level of customer satisfaction. Acting as the first line of response to customers nationwide, you will communicate in an open and engaging tone and focus on finding the right solution with each customer. You will connect with our customers to address questions and resolve issue through multiple channels such as phone, chat, and email. You will be a Rockstar at problem solving and will not be afraid to show your drive and determination.
When you are not in the office you are our customer facing ambassador traveling to racetracks nationwide with our event staff and our exotic cars. At the track you are a strong team player who helps your co-workers set up and break down the Front of House Trailer. You are upbeat when you are checking guests in/out, and you are knowledgeable and determined as you offer our guests merchandise, additional rides, or a video package.

You are available to work a flexible work week which includes weekend and some holiday coverage. You are a go-getter and take on challenges, and most of all you support our team and our mission!

Pay: $36,000.00 per year
