Main responsibilities
1. Act as a First line support, interact with employees, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues quickly
2. Create Incident and record Incident detail
3. Classify, prioritize and categorize the Incident according to its nature.
4. Initial support to resolve Incident;
5. Assign the Incident to responsible Second Line Support if needed.
6. Escalate unsolvable Incident to Second Line Support; and
7. Confirm with customer the Incident is resolved.

5 days in shift pattern (operating hours 7am – 7pm , 7 days a week)
