Job Description : Job ResponsibilitiesDigital MarketingBuild, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy and managementOverseeing online reputation management (feedbacks, videos testimonials & online reviews)Manage and coach the rest of the teamConnecting and arranging interactive sessions with doctors and management thru webinars, CMEs, live shows on social media channelsStay up to date with the latest technology and best practices for web & Mobile APPs and advising senior leadership on the way forward.Manage and oversee different digital marketing channelsMeasure ROI and KPIsPrepare and manage digital marketing budgetIntegration of CRM module like setup for call CenterOversee all the company’s social media accounts (3 entities of CTSI)Measure and manage online contentTrack SEO, SEM and Google Analytics data and make analysis.Build an inbound marketing planAnalyse digital conversion & revenue performance trendsOrganize and lead digital marketing teamResearch competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvementOrganizational strategy· Work with senior staff, other staff and volunteers to:develop and maintain a digital strategic perspective — based on marketplace and constituent needs and satisfaction — in organizational direction, program and services, and decision-making; and,ensure the overall health and vitality of the Organization.· Help make sure that the Organization’s philosophy, mission and vision are pertinent and practiced throughout the organization.· Develop and coordinate means to seek regular input from the Organization’s key constituencies regarding the quality of programs and services and the Organization’s relevance.· Help formulate and administer policies to ensure the integrity of the Organization.· Act as an internal consultant to bring attention and solutions to institutional priorities.Managing· Maintain a climate that attracts, retains and motivates top quality personnel, both paid and volunteer.· Recruit, train, appraise, supervise, support, develop, promote, and guide qualified personnel, both paid and volunteer.· Ensure effective management within the marketing, communications, and public relations function, with provision for succession.· Design, support and oversee cross-functional teams throughout the Organization.Relationship structureSubordinates and PeersTakes decision on all operational and team matters that are outside the purview of subordinates.Keeps in touch with the entire team by regular meetings.Other departmentsRepresents the department in all management meetings.Responsible for maintaining excellent relationships at all levels in the organizationCustomers and outsidersBuilds relationship with other leaders in the health care industry.Actively networks with contemporaries in the Hospital industry to stay abreast with the latest developments and initiativesJob SpecificationsQualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology. Graduate degree in a related field is desirable. Having a Certified training in Digital Marketing.Years of Experience: Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in healthcare marketing (online & offline) & communications.Having overall 15 years of minimum work experience.Skill Set: SEM & SEO, Social Media marketing, Data Analytics, CRM, Content Creation, Basic design knowledge, Basic knowledge in coding & Email marketing.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Social Media Occupations: 10 years (Preferred)total work: 10 years (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
