Job Description : We are currently working with a multinational start up within the food technology space who are looking for someone to lead the team of Customer Success Managers based out of the Dubai office.

The Head of Customer Success will be responsible for ensuring the team is operating in the most effective way.

Job Responsibilities:

Providing their customers with excellent service, onboarding, training and automating customers on the platform.
Recruiting, training and managing customer success managers and specialists. Onboarding & coaching new team members
Create methods for engagement, user engagement, understanding adoption, managing timelines, communications and eliminate barriers to customer advocacy and expansion
Using data to identify ways to further enhance and streamline internal processes, including customer success processes along with cross-functional interactions with product, operations, support, marketing, and sale

Job Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience, working in a Customer Success position within a SaaS environment
Excellent time management skills
Experience working in a data orientated environment
Ability and experience to lead from the front
