Job Description : CLINICAL ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
JOB SUMMARY AND OBJECTIVE:
The Clinical Administration Manager supports the Director of Clinical Experience and Strategy and leads, manages and develops clinical administrative staff. The role ensures necessary resources are in place for the clinical administration team to secure student clinical and preceptor placements
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Guide clinical administration activities, staffing, training, and development
Identify opportunities to improve clinical administration department policies and procedures with the objective of growth and scalability
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the number of clinical placements needed vs. available
Communicate all aspects of clinical placements (numbers, types, etc.) through cross departmental interactions and reporting
Act as departmental contact from clinical partner sites, coordinating with identified department leaders to ensure resolution in a swift manner
Oversee clinical registration process
Oversee immunization compliance
Monitor incoming cohort populations and participate in clinical placement forecasting
Partner with IT in oversight of clinical placement software systems and programs
Coordinate affiliation agreements with clinical partners
Monitor affiliation agreements, expiration dates, requirements, etc.
Maintain positive working relationships with clinical sites
Support clinical department leaders and projects as needed
Monitor and audit student and clinical partner record keeping to ensure compliance with accrediting bodies
Collaborate on placement of student clinical groups and clinical site schedules
Monitor maintenance of clinical partner contact list
Monitor incoming and outgoing departmental correspondence
Other duties as directed by supervisor

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Preferred education
Bachelors degree
Preferred experience – Executive Assistant and Project Management / Organization Skills
