Location: Hollywood, CA (onsite position)
Target Salary: $120K – $145K (Depends upon experience)
Core Skills: Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, Windows 8 and above, VMware or VMware HyperV, Azure
Robert Half currently has an opportunity for an experienced Help Desk Manager to bring their skills and know-how to a thriving managed services provider (MSP). This organization will be doubling in size in the coming year! To thrive in this role, you should be a natural problem solver, leader, and have a strong sense of ownership. Come work as a full-time Help Desk Manager in Hollywood, California.
MSP (Managed Services Provider) experience preferred, but not required
Will manage team of 10 Help Desk Technicians (Level 1-3)
Ticketing System – ConnectWise, IT Glue or similar
Manage logistics of day-to-day ticket flow
Excellent people and client management skills
