Job Description : HELP DESK TECHNICIAN
Mayflower Technologies is a managed services provider that specializes in small to mid-size law firms. We are looking for someone to primarily handle the help desk, but they also can work on other things like updating web pages, helping attorneys and paralegals prepare for trial, setting up equipment in court rooms, special projects, etc.

Requirements: at least one industry certification (A+, Network+, Microsoft) college degree preferred, one year of relevant experience preferred, ability to work independently and as a team member, exceptional communication skills, and outstanding customer service skills.
We are seeking someone with an outgoing personality who can handle the law firm demands/ pressure. Three attributes needed are: intelligence, persistence, and maturity. This is an entry level position with a starting salary of $40,000 with a full benefit package. The general hours are Monday through Friday 8:30-5:00, but some nights or weekends may be needed, depending on workload.
