Atmosera is looking for a Support Associate who has a passion for empathetic customer service and can inspire others to succeed. You will be part of a team providing first contact for monitored alerts, client issues, and client requests working to provide our clients with an exceptional experience, going above and beyond to meet client’s needs while simultaneously maintaining the best interest of Atmosera and your colleagues. As a member of the Client Operations team, you will be instrumental in differentiating Atmosera in the Cloud Infrastructure industry and setting us apart. You will work with clients to resolve requests and convey Atmosera’s value as a trusted partner. Every day will bring new challenges and require cross-functional collaboration to solve problems.
