Job Description:

We are looking for a new High-Volume Recruiter! This position would specifically focus on hiring for Member Services, Lindon Fulfillment Center and Manufacturing. This is a Full-Time position.

Job Responsibilities:

Leverage all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including job posting, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events
Fulfill the recruiting needs of the Call Center, Manufacturing, and Lindon Fulfillment Center
Have a knowledge and understanding of the responsibilities and qualifications
Screen candidates for qualifications, experience, and current performance
Schedule and participate in interviews
Follow up with applicants and hiring managers as needed
Manage written and verbal communication with candidates throughout the recruiting process
Represent dōTERRA with the highest level of professionalism and integrity
Assist with other HR-related projects
Nurture relationships with the prospective talent to effectively market and sell opportunities
Track and report key recruitment metrics.

Job Qualifications:

Working on a bachelors degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Behavioral Science or related field, preferred
Ability/experience to successfully identify and qualify candidates
Familiarity with the recruitment life cycle
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking System(s)
Ability to simultaneously interact with internal managers
Ability to adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure

Self-driven and highly motivated

Ability and desire to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, often changing environment
