Position : Hindi Experiential Educator
Job Description : Role: Hindi Experiential Educator
Responsibilities: Your primary responsibility will be teaching Hindi to students of Grades 1 to 7 through the “Hindi Ki Duniya” curriculum (developed by Ms. Chandrika Mathur, a Krishnamurti School Teacher) and through the Project-Based-Learning pedagogy. Responsibilities include:
Developing over the progressive Hindi curriculum and designing projects (based on the Project-Based-Learning pedagogy)
Developing strong one-to-one relations with students and parents
Helping students take charge of their own learning
Documenting student progress for report card
Assigning classwork and homework as necessary, according to lesson plans
Modifying teaching styles to fit the learning styles of various students
Maintaining a well-managed classroom and positive learning environment
Attending parent-teacher meetings
Additional responsibilities include:
Supervising students out of class, such as in the hallways
Participating in parent outreach / marketing initiatives
Admissions counselling
Prerequisites
Impeccable Written & Spoken Hindi
Prior Experience of a minimum 2 years of teaching Hindi in a school setting is required.

Flexible, friendly and good at establishing quick rapport with students
Ability to work in teams
Humility
Monthly Salary (CTC) Rs.20,000 – 25,000. Selection Process
