HOTEL DRIVER
We are looking for Heartists who can quickly spread a culture that indicates exceptional service, one who is eager to show the ability to deliver extraordinary levels of guest care and provide creative solutions.

What you will be doing:
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
Follow hotel policies, procedures and service standards
To provide a safe and timely pick-up and drop-off to all guests (internal and external) as arranged by the Team Supervisor
Liaise with various hotel departments regarding the trip requests
Prepare trip reports accordingly
To assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
Maintains all the hotel vehicles cleanliness, sanitation and servicing
Keeps an accurate record of all the vehicle maintenance
Takes the hotel vehicles for service and repair timely
Exercises attentiveness and care when parking or driving the hotel vehicles
Abides by the laws and regulations of the traffic code / RTA as required by the emirate of Dubai
Logs and informs the reporting Manager immediately if any damage or accident occurs
Other duties as assigned
Your experience and skills include:
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Must possess valid Dubai Driving license (light vehicle)
Minimum 3 to 4-year experience as a Dubai Hotel Driver
Candidate must be currently based in Dubai
Excellent communication skills and presents himself professionally
Flexible in working different shifts
