We dream of a legacy that lasts for generations.DESCRIPTIONAs our Task Force General Manager, you will provide coverage to any of the four Kensington Investment Group’s Best Western and Holiday Inn Express branded properties in Southern Oregon (Medford, Grants Pass, and Roseburg) during leadership transitions, such as leave of absence as well as assist with training and development opportunities acting as an Interim General Manager, until a full-time General Manager is assigned.This position would require regional travel, along with hotel stay, while fulfilling the role as Task Force GM. Assignment length will be based upon the needs of the property. The Task Force General Manager is responsible for continually focusing on achieving a well-balanced scorecard geared towards hotel profitability through revenue generation, cost control, guest satisfaction and developing the hotel team.QUALIFICATIONSThe ideal candidate is likely to have 4 years or more of hotel operations experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hotel Administration or Business Administration.In return, Kensington Investment Group will offer you a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities to learn new skills and grow your career.
