Job Description : Permanent, part-time job available for long-established, owner-operated vacation rental 5 miles from Pacific City. Happy to pay above-average rate for someone who is extremely reliable, able to work independently, and detail-oriented with good critical thinking skills/judgment. Must be flexible for varying hours. Looking for someone to clean after each rental for a 4-hour block of time.

You’ll find me respectful and fair, my aim always to treat subcontractors well and retain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
