Job Description : Our client is seeking an experienced and detail oriented Housekeeper at a large estate and executive residence in Beverly Hills, CA. Excellent compensation and benefits offered!
**Candidates MUST have housekeeping experience in a large, private home or estate, preferably working for a high profile family.**Fluent or native English is required.
Job Summary: This key team member will be responsible for overall housekeeping duties, including cleaning rooms and common areas, disposing of trash, laundry, changing beds, and notifying maintenance of any issues.
Schedule: Full time, day or mid shift. 40 hours per week – Schedule varies.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Detailed cleaning of the entire house, including bathrooms, kitchens, dining rooms, and outdoor social areas
Turn down the beds in the evening and making beds in the morning
Properly handling antiques, dishes, china and other valuables while cleaning
Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
Clean furniture
Clean and stock bathrooms
Assist residents and their guests when necessary.

Qualifications:

3+ years related experience (housekeeping experience in a large, private home or estate, preferably working for a high profile family)
Experience working around fine art and antiques preferred
Fluent English speaking
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills
Comfortable working around pets
Valid Driver’s license
Background checks will be performed for criminal and credit
Non disclosure/confidentiality agreement to be required prior to interview
