Job Description : Responsible for making sure that all guest rooms are kept clean and tidy according to the standards required by the Hotel.
Responsible for making sure that all guest’s rooms are stocked with the required amenities and items.
Responsible for reporting any damages and maintenance requirements to the Housekeeping Supervisor and/or Executive Housekeeping Attendant.
Responsible for handling guest’s requests or complaints efficiently and positively.
